You learn something new about people everyday…
Yesterday in one of my classes me and a few friends had a talk about suicide.
I found out the girl who sits behind me everyday and across from me in two of my classes has attempted suicide several times. She also doesn’t think that she is going to make it to 18. We turn 18 on the same day.
She’s absolutely gorgeous.
Has one of the best smiles.
Has the quirkiest personality.
Has more motivation and drive to be successful than anyone I know.
She’s one of those people that you can tell is going to be successful just by talking to her.
I could go on, but I don’t want to make myself seem creepy or bore you by talking about how awesome I think one of my acquaintances is.
She’s just one of those people that you’d never expect to want to end their life.
It breaks my heart to know someone like her would want to take her life, someone who could believe in their potential so much but not believe in their own self…
I don’t know how I’m going to do it, but I want to make sure I get to wish her a happy 18th birthday.
